These terms are a draft (CA-25). They do not create a paid contract while SAPR keeps checkout closed.
SafeUs is an access-control surface: it shows what AI and connected services can reach, and records allow / restrict / deny / step-up decisions. It is not an insurance policy, not a guarantee, and not a high-risk AI system under the EU AI Act (draft memo CA-32).
You must not use the service to bypass another person's consent or to store content SafeUs is designed to refuse.
